The Enneagram & A Return to Wholeness: A Four Part Immersive Experience at Tend
Have you been curious about what the Enneagram is and how to fully embody and utilize it in your life? Do you know your “number” but not quite what it means or what to do with it outside of using it as yet another label? Aside from the kitschy, fun enneagram number mentions on popular tv shows and the Insta accounts, the Enneagram is actually a map of incredible meaning. A psycho-spiritual-somatic tool that can provide you with access to some of your greatest lessons for uncovering strengths, obstacles toward growth and enlightening and transforming your life. What does that all actually mean?
In this four-part immersive experience, Lisa (Bzdon) Pisha, MS, LMFT, and trained Enneagram facilitator, will walk with you through an exploration of this incredible personality tool, providing you with a foundation for the enneagram, the three centers of intelligence, and what the numbers represent. She’ll then take you through it's map of meaning, the path of each type’s strengths and its self-defensive coping mechanisms, how they show up and what they are actually in defense of, finally, circling all the way around to showing you how to embody and sense of more full expression and wholeness in your sense of self.
Our journey looks like this:
Part One: The Enneagram as a Psycho-Spiritual-Somatic Tool
This is our introduction into this incredible tool. We’ll dive into how personality forms, how early relationships shape adaptation, and how each type lives in the body.
Part Two: The Light Within: Passions & Virtues
Your inherent gifts, your deeper longings, and the qualities that emerge when you soften your defenses.
Part Three: The Shadow: Fixations & Vices
The mental loops and emotional patterns that protect you, and how they show up in stress and relationships.
Part Four: The Road to Wholeness
Integration, nervous system awareness, conscious communication, and accessing the intelligence of the head, heart, and gut.
This four-part experiential series includes 8 hours of live, depth-oriented teaching and guided reflection in an intentionally small, intimate group.
Participants will also receive:
• A personalized Enneagram candle
• A guided reflection journal
• Curated materials to support integration throughout the series
To ensure depth and accuracy, participants are required to complete a professional Enneagram assessment prior to the first session (assessment fee paid separately). This can be found online at The Enneagram Institute.
