Tend Signature Immersion Participation Agreement

The Enneagram & The Return to Self – Four-Month Immersive Cohort

By registering for this Tend Signature Immersion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and participation policies.

1. Educational Nature of the Experience

This immersive series is an educational and experiential offering designed to support self-awareness and personal growth. It does not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a therapeutic relationship. Participation in this series does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Tend Therapy Space or its facilitators.

While psychological concepts may be explored, this experience is not a substitute for therapy.

2. Participation by Current or Former Therapy Clients

Current or former therapy clients of Tend Therapy Space are welcome to enroll. Participation in this immersive experience is voluntary and separate from psychotherapy services. While themes may overlap with personal growth, clinical issues will continue to be addressed within the therapy setting and not within the cohort environment.

Facilitators will maintain appropriate professional boundaries to preserve clarity between therapy and educational participation.

3. Cohort Commitment & Attendance

This immersive experience is intentionally limited to a small cohort to preserve depth, safety, and continuity.

Participants agree to attend all four sessions. Due to the contained and relational nature of this series:

• Missed sessions cannot be made up.

• Recordings will not be provided.

• Registration reserves your seat for the full four-month series.

Your presence contributes to the integrity of the group experience.

4. Confidentiality

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal stories and identifying information shared within the cohort.

Facilitators uphold professional discretion; however, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group setting. By enrolling, participants agree to contribute to a respectful and confidential environment.

Audio, video, or photographic recording of sessions is not permitted without written consent from Tend Therapy Space.

5. Assessment Requirement

Completion of a professional Enneagram assessment is required prior to the first session. The assessment fee is paid separately and is the responsibility of the participant.

Assessment results will be used as part of the educational and experiential framework of the series.

6. Emotional Responsibility & Appropriateness

This immersive experience may invite personal reflection and emotional awareness. Participants are responsible for their own psychological well-being and are encouraged to seek therapeutic support as needed.

This experience is not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing acute psychological crisis or instability.

By registering, participants affirm that they are able to participate in a group educational setting.

7. Conduct & Group Integrity

Participants agree to engage respectfully and collaboratively. Tend Therapy Space reserves the right to remove a participant from the cohort if behavior compromises the safety, respect, or integrity of the group environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required to reserve a seat in the cohort.

Refund schedule:

• Full refund available up to 14 days prior to the first session.

• 50% refund available up to 7 days prior to the first session.

• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the first session or after the cohort has begun.

In certain circumstances, at the discretion of Tend Therapy Space, registration may be transferred to a future cohort.

9. Cancellation by Tend Therapy Space

Tend Therapy Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the immersive experience due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future cohort.

10. Emergency Contact Information

Emergency contact information is collected solely for safety purposes and will only be used in the event of a medical or safety emergency during in-person sessions.

By completing registration and electronically agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your understanding of and agreement to this Participation Policy.
